The JBC RWXLT-A Adjustable Rework Arm enables hands-free operation when working with hot air rework stations. Its articulated design allows precise positioning of the hot air tool, improving accuracy and workflow during PCB rework processes.
The arm is compatible with both the TET Precision Heater Hose Set and the JTT Heater Hose Set thanks to the included adapters. This makes it suitable for use with JBC hot air systems such as the TESE Precision Hot Air Station and the JTSE Power Hot Air Station.
The articulated arm is designed for easy installation on a workbench, allowing the operator to make full use of the working area. With an extension length of up to 684.5 mm, the arm can cover the entire work surface and reach different positions on the PCB.
The tool holder supports both inclination and rotation adjustments, enabling accurate positioning of the hot air tool. Both the vertical axis and the tool holder articulation feature scale markings, which help maintain consistent positioning during repetitive soldering or rework tasks.
An integrated hose clamp keeps the heater hose away from the working area, preventing interference while operating.
