The JBC RWS-D Adjustable Rework Arm is designed to support heater hose sets during soldering and rework processes, allowing hands-free operation and improved precision when working with hot air tools.
The rework arm is specifically designed to work with the PHSE Preheater. Its base plate aligns perfectly with the preheater, ensuring stable positioning and consistent operation during rework tasks.
Thanks to the included adapter unit, the arm is compatible with the JBC TESE Precision Hot Air Station and the JTSE Power Hot Air Control Unit.
The articulated arm allows flexible positioning of the hot air tool, providing full access to the PCB and enabling accurate placement during rework operations. The tool holder supports inclination and rotation adjustments, allowing the operator to position the heater exactly where needed.
Both the vertical axis and the tool holder articulation feature scale markings, which help maintain consistent positioning during repetitive soldering or rework processes.
The integrated hose clamp keeps the heater hose away from the work area, preventing interference while working on the PCB.
