The JBC PHS-SA PCB Support is designed for precise and stable positioning of small to medium-sized PCBs during soldering and rework operations. The adjustable support makes it easy to position circuit boards accurately, ensuring that the same area of the PCB is heated each time.
Its modular design allows quick and precise PCB placement, which helps reduce setup time and improve workflow efficiency during repetitive soldering or rework tasks.
The support is compatible with PCBs up to 130 × 130 mm (5 × 5") and can accommodate boards up to 6 mm thick.
When used together with the PHSE Preheater, the built-in slots ensure accurate alignment between the PCB support and the preheater, allowing consistent heating of the same PCB area.
The support features three adjustable height positions, enabling the user to adapt the working height depending on the application and PCB components.
