The JBC AMS Stand is designed for use with the PA120 and AM120 Micro Tweezers and is compatible with JBC DI, DDE and DME control units.
The stand incorporates JBC Intelligent Heat Management, which automatically detects when the tool is placed in the stand. The system activates Sleep Mode, reducing the tip temperature below the solder melting point, while Hibernation Mode completely cuts off power to prevent oxidation. This helps extend cartridge life up to five times longer.
The AMS stand includes a tip cleaner with brass wool, together with a splashguard and anti-splash membrane, keeping the work area clean and free of solder particles.
A quick cartridge exchanger allows fast and safe cartridge replacement, while the integrated cartridge holder can store up to four cartridges.
The tool holder position is adjustable for improved ergonomics, and the integrated cable collector helps guide the cable and keeps the working area tidy.
