The JBC WSB-2B High-Temperature Wire Stripper Station is designed for precise stripping of wire insulation made from thermostable materials such as Teflon, Kapton, silicone, rubber and similar materials.
The station is suitable for wires from 34 to 16 AWG (0.16 to 1.29 mm) and operates at temperatures up to 800 °C / 1470 °F, making it ideal for demanding applications where conventional wire strippers are not effective.
The WSB station incorporates preset power levels for different insulation materials, ensuring consistent and repeatable stripping results. In addition, a customizable power mode allows the operator to adjust the power level for specific materials or applications.
The station is supplied with the ergonomic WS440 High-Temperature Wire Stripper Tweezers and a WSBT stand. The tweezers are compatible with the W440 blade cartridge range, consisting of three easily interchangeable blade types to accommodate different wire sizes and insulation materials. Please note that cartridges are not included.
For additional flexibility, custom cartridge solutions are available for specialized stripping requirements.
The WSB-2B also features a USB-B front connection for firmware updates and is ESD safe according to ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021, making it suitable for electronics manufacturing environments.
