The JBC DDE-2D Control Unit is designed to operate two soldering or desoldering tools simultaneously, providing high flexibility for professional electronics production, repair and rework. The station is compatible with 13 different JBC tools and delivers up to 150 W peak power per tool, ensuring excellent thermal performance and rapid heat recovery.
The control unit features a switched power supply combined with JBC’s Most Efficient Soldering System, providing precise temperature control, fast response and improved energy efficiency. Integrated Sleep and Hibernation modes automatically reduce the temperature when the tool is placed in its stand, helping to extend cartridge life and reduce energy consumption.
When two tools are connected, the station displays a split-screen interface that allows intuitive monitoring and control of both channels at the same time.
A pedal connection is included to improve workflow flexibility when operating compatible tools or modules.
The USB interface allows firmware updates, graphical data generation and parameter management directly from a PC, enabling advanced configuration and process monitoring.
The DDE-2D is compatible with the MSE-B Electric Desoldering Module, MVE-A Pneumatic Desoldering Module and MNE-A Nitrogen Regulator Module. Please note that the station is not compatible with the MSE-A module.
For a complete working system, at least one stand, one tool and one cartridge are required.
