The JBC WSS-2B High-Temperature Precision Wire Stripper Station is designed for precise stripping of wire insulation made from thermostable materials such as Teflon, Kapton, silicone rubber and similar high-temperature insulations**.
The station allows precise stripping of wires from 40 to 14 AWG (0.08 to 1.63 mm) and operates at temperatures up to 800 °C, making it suitable for demanding electronics, aerospace and high-reliability applications.
The WSS station incorporates predefined power levels for different insulation materials, allowing consistent stripping results while reducing the risk of damaging the conductor. In addition, a customizable power level mode allows the operator to adjust the power according to specific wire types or production requirements.
The station is supplied with the WS140 High-Temperature Precision Wire Stripper Tweezers, designed for comfortable and accurate handling. It is compatible with the W140 blade cartridge range, allowing different blade geometries depending on the stripping application. Cartridges are not included.
The WSS-2B also features USB connectivity for firmware updates, ensuring the station can be kept up to date with the latest software improvements.
