JBFAE1 Fume Extractor with FAE1100 for 1 Workbench
FAE1 is the most effective solution to avoid exposure to solder fumes. FAE1 only operates when soldering and features a unique vacuum system integrated into the stand.
Each arm offers 80 m³/h aspiration, optimizing fume extraction for two workbenches. It surpasses industry standards, ensuring higher air quality and compliance.
It consists of FAE1100 Filter (FAE1110 Pre-filter + HEPA H13 + Carbon). This three-layered system achieves a certified efficiency of 99.95% in filtering soldering fumes, meeting EN 1822 standards.
FAE1 can be controlled via JBC Stations, a pedal, a robotic system or a PC.
It has 3 predefined levels of aspiration: low, medium and high. It also features a custom mode where the airflow can be set within the minimum (10%) and maximum rates (100%).
