DT530-A Angled Desoldering Iron for D530 Tips
The JBC DT530-A Angled Desoldering Iron is designed for efficient removal of through-hole components and for removing excess solder during SMD rework.
The angled design provides excellent visibility and accessibility, making it particularly suitable for precision work under a magnifying glass. It also improves ergonomics and reduces operator fatigue during extended desoldering operations.
The tool features fast heating and excellent thermal stability, ensuring consistent performance and improved productivity during continuous work.
Improved air-tight suction integrity guarantees reliable solder extraction, while the new tip-locking mechanism allows quick and safe tip replacement and prevents accidental drops.
The glass solder collector with quick-change system simplifies maintenance and makes it easy to see when cleaning or filter replacement is required.
The DT530 works with JBC DDE and DME Control Units in combination with the MSE Electric Desoldering Module, taking full advantage of JBC’s Most Efficient Soldering System.
Note: A station software update may be required to use this desoldering iron.
The tool uses the JBC D530 tip range, available with internal diameters from 0.6 mm to 3.0 mm, suitable for both through-hole desoldering and pad cleaning.
