The JBC RBB-2A Rework Bench is a complete solution for soldering and rework of medium to large PCB assemblies, such as those commonly used in laptops, industrial electronics and PCB panels.
This workstation integrates a powerful preheater, adjustable PCB support and an articulated hand rest to provide a stable and ergonomic working environment for demanding rework applications. Controlled preheating prevents thermal shock on multilayer PCBs and ensures accurate temperature control during soldering and rework operations.
The system supports programmable temperature profiles and multiple thermocouple connections, allowing precise monitoring and repeatable heating processes.

PHBE Preheater
The PHBE Preheater provides controlled heating of the PCB to prevent thermal shock during rework operations.

PHBS PCB Support
The adjustable PCB support allows quick and precise positioning of PCBs up to 36 × 28 cm. It ensures stable positioning during repetitive soldering or rework tasks.

The articulated hand rest provides ergonomic support close to the working area, improving operator comfort and reducing fatigue during precision work.
