The JBC HDE-2KE Heavy Duty Rework Station is designed for soldering and desoldering applications that require very high thermal capacity. It significantly reduces soldering time when working with large thermal masses.
Typical applications include soldering coaxial cable shields in telecommunication antennas, large copper conductors in medical imaging equipment, battery terminals, and large capacitors.
The system is equipped with two HDE Heavy Duty control units and the HT470 heavy duty thermal tweezers, delivering extremely high power for demanding rework applications.
High Thermal Performance
The HDE control units incorporate JBC’s Most Efficient Soldering System, ensuring fast heat-up and excellent thermal recovery.
Integrated Sleep and Hibernation modes help extend cartridge life and reduce energy consumption when the tool is not in use.
Heavy Duty Thermal Tweezers
The included HT470 heavy duty thermal tweezers allow efficient desoldering of large components or connectors that require simultaneous heating on both sides.
The tweezers are compatible with the C470 cartridge range, which offers a wide variety of tip geometries for heavy-duty applications.
