The JBC SRWS-2SC SMD Rework System provides full control over SMD rework processes by combining precise top hot air heating with controlled bottom preheating. This complete rework solution ensures accurate temperature management and helps prevent thermal shock on multilayer PCBs.

The system integrates the JTSE Power Hot Air Station, PHSEK Preheater Set and RWS Adjustable Rework Arm, allowing stable, repeatable and hands-free rework operations.

The JTSE station controls the rework process using programmable temperature and airflow profiles, while the PHSE preheater provides uniform bottom heating of the PCB. The RWS rework arm supports the heater hose set and allows precise positioning of the hot air tool during rework.

This combination makes the system ideal for professional SMD rework applications.
