The JBC TESE-2QB Precision Hot Air Station is designed for accurate and safe rework of small and medium SMD components. The system combines precise temperature control with adjustable airflow, allowing components to be removed or replaced without overheating nearby parts on the PCB.
Using JBC’s hot air technology together with protectors, tripods and extractors, heat is concentrated on the selected component while surrounding areas remain protected.
This version is supplied without the ESHT extractor and protector magazine.
Profiles Mode
In addition to manual operation, the station includes an advanced profiles mode for precise rework processes.
Users can create up to 25 programmable profiles, each consisting of up to 10 steps, allowing precise control of both temperature and airflow during the rework cycle.
Thermocouple Control
The station supports the PH218 Type K thermocouple, allowing the temperature to be monitored directly on the PCB.
This provides accurate closed-loop temperature control and helps protect sensitive components or specific PCB areas during the rework process.
Auto-Stop Safety Function
The integrated auto-stop function automatically stops heating when the tool is placed back in the TE-SD stand, improving safety and extending tool life.
