T245-NA Nitrogen General Purpose Handle for C245 Cartridges
The JBC T245-NA Nitrogen General Purpose Handle is designed for soldering applications where a nitrogen atmosphere is used to improve solder joint quality. By supplying nitrogen to the soldering tip, oxygen is removed from the soldering area, which helps reduce oxidation during soldering.
This results in improved wetting, higher soldering quality and slightly better productivity. The use of nitrogen also allows the use of milder fluxes.
The handle is supplied with two nitrogen nozzles (B7244 and B7968) that direct the nitrogen flow to the soldering tip. These nozzles are compatible with the complete JBC C245 cartridge range.
For operation, this handle requires additional equipment such as a DNS stand, a MN or MNE nitrogen regulator module with compatible control unit, and optionally a GN nitrogen generator module if nitrogen supply is not available at the workstation.
Please note that cartridges are not included.
